Barcelona have made a blistering start to the season and sit top of La Liga and are already seven points clear of rivals Real Madrid.
They’ve also won both Champions League games and have recovered from a tense summer which saw the sale of Neymar and a thrashing in the Spanish Super Cup.
But Valverde has a couple of unhappy squad players in Deulofeu and Alcacer who have struggled for time on the pitch.
Deulofeu started the season in the team before new signing Ousmane Dembele was up to speed.
And Dembele’s injury was expected to see the former Everton winger given another chance.
But the 23-year-old has played no part in the last two games and is concerned for his future.
Alcacer meanwhile has played just 115 all season, making just one start – against Betis in the middle of August.
His last appearance came on August 26 against Alaves and it appears Valverde has no time for him after he struggled last year under Luis Enrique.
And Marca claim both players are keen to move on if they don’t get a chance.
Deulofeu has his eye on a place at next summer’s World Cup and only returned to Barca this summer after a stint on loan at AC Milan.
