The Prime Minister will chair a meeting of the Government’s emergency committee COBRA over the Parsons Green blast.
Several people have been injured after an explosion hit a packed London Underground train at the west London station in the morning rush hour.

Scotland Yard has declared a terrorist incident following the blast, adding it was “too early” to confirm the cause of the fire.
Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson, speaking before police confirmed they were treating the incident as terrorism, said people should “keep calm and go about their normal lives” as emergency services respond.
Extremely concerned by incident at Parsons Green. At 08:20, station & train would have been packed. Thoughts with those injured & affected.
